Last week Sarah and Amy came to visit. It was a beautiful day so we decided to go to the park. We had a picnic, blew bubbles and went on the swings. It was a fun day! Sorry about the sunburn Sarah!

Easter Egg Hunt

Saturday Ben and Jonas went to Jeff and Lisa Quicks home for an easter egg hunt. Whenever there is a get together with the Quick side of the family there is always a lot of aunts, uncles and cousins to play with. Jonas had a fun time finding eggs and playing with his cousins.

The Terrible Two's Are Here

I think anyone who has a two year old or has had a two year old has experienced what happens when they are left unattended. I was busy cooking dinner for company and of course Jonas was roaming around the house free from my watchful eye. It was quiet for too long which is always a bad sign, and lo and behold this is the mess I walked into. Suprisingly, I didn't loose my cool and actually got quite a kick out of it.

So, pretty much everytime we are all together we just have to play a game of soccer. All of us were a little rusty, but it was a lot of fun. What an extreme workout! I think every single one of us pulled something and were sore the next day, except for Javan and Caleb of course. Oh to be young again!!

Bowling - Boys against Girls

This week Jared and Leni are in town visiting for their Spring Break. One night we decided to go bowling at US Play. The competition was boys against girls, which in the end, the girls dominated! Although it really turned into a competition between Steven and Ashleigh. Steven won the first game by seven points. Ashleigh killed him in the second game. Go Ashleigh! We had a blast.
